Dr. Peter Gabris Principal - Head of Development

With over twenty-five years experience in software development, notably in the area of analytical modeling and data mining, Dr. Gabris brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the development capabilities of RBO Solutions.

He is particularly experienced in the design and development of user-friendly analytical applications. He has managed innumerable projects where his extensive knowledge of applied mathematics and statistics has been invaluable. He has consulted for many demanding clients such as Ernst & Young, Volkswagen, The United Nations, the United Nations Development Fund and the World Meteorological Organization. In addition to being a highly accomplished developer, Peter has lectured at the university level in computer science.

Juliet Perdue Principal - Head of Search Operations

Juliet Perdue has over 12 years experience as a retained Executive Search Consultant. Starting her career in the Financial Center of London, Juliet was recruited to work with the International Olympic Committee in Switzerland. She subsequently moved to the US in 1992 and has successfully worked in Retained Executive Search for Fortune 500 clients since 1997. Juliet started her own Retained Search Partnership firm, J. Ross Associates, in 1999 with a view to improving long term service in order to more effectively partner with the client company. The company has had proven success in serving Fortune 500 clients in Energy and Manufacturing, Healthcare and Consulting for multiple disciplines over 10 years.

Juliet formed a strategic partnership four years ago with RBO Solutions, utilizing the company’s ApplicantAnalytics technology that enhanced her service to her clients through the most accurate matching of skills and expertise as well as offering the client a more efficient and less arbitrary consideration of an applicant’s suitable candidacy.
